CU's Bowling Continues Play at CIAA Round Up

RALEIGH, N.C. – The Chowan Bowling team continued play at Pleasant Valley Lanes for the 2018 CIAA North/South Round Up hosted by St. Augustine's.

INSIDE THE SCORECARDS 
Kailah Herbin leads the Hawks with an average of 132.

Leslie Maloney is second on the squad with a 130.3 Raven Finley-Flowers posted a 129.9 for the Hawks. 

HOW IT HAPPENED
Chowan opened the second day with an 629-574 loss to Livingstone.  Raven Finley-Flowers paced the Hawks with a score of 139.

The Hawks fell short to Fayetteville State as Jasmine Basnight topped her best with a 163.
 
CU recovered in match eight against host St. Augustine's with a 642-543 victory. Leslie Maloney recorded a match high of 153 for the Blue and White. 

Shaw defeated the Hawks in match nine with a score of 698-580 before securing the win in the final match of the day 749-517 to Johnson C. Smith. Raven Finley-Flowers carded her career best of 180.
