RICHMOND, Va.. – The Chowan Bowling team wrapped up the CIAA Event II hosted by Virginia State on Sunday with Baker match play. The Hawks went 1-11 on the weekend playing all CIAA Northern Division opponents.

Chowan as a team averaged 582.4 on the day with the team high 617 coming in the third match of the event.
Individual scores averaged 116.5 for a total of 2,912 pins.
The Hawks saw their highest individual score of the day recorded in the fourth match against Bowie State knocking down 147 pins, just seven pins short of BSU's 154.
