Box Score GAFFNEY, SC- The Chowan University women's soccer team slipped to 0-7 on the season on Sunday afternoon after a 3-0 loss to Limestone.  The Saints improve to 3-1-2 with the victory. 

After a scoreless first half, the Saints' offense came alive to score three unanswered goals in the second half. In the 59^th minute of play, Gabriella Reid used a through ball from Grace Gore to give Limestone a 1-0 advantage.  Three minutes later, Allie Winglosky's short pass inside the box allowed Zoe Fisher to score, pushing the Saints' lead to 2-0. 

Fisher struck again in the 79^th minute of the contest using assists from Katie Belser and Reid to secure the 3-0 victory for Limestone.

The Hawks were outshot 30-1 in the contest.  Sierra Hargraves had the lone shot for Chowan in the loss.  Marissa Ghani made 11 saves in goal for the Hawks. 

Chowan returns to Murfreesboro on October 1^st when they host Southern Virginia University in a 3:00pm contest.  The game is the first in a six-game home stand for the Hawks.
