Box Score WILSON, NC- The Chowan University men's soccer team fell short in a 2-1 decision to Barton College on Wednesday evening.  The loss moves the Hawks to 9-6 on the year while the Bulldogs advance to 10-4 with the win.

Jonathon Rembecki used Erik Pajunk's cross to score for Barton just seven minutes into the contest.  The Hawks answered back right after halftime when Barkan Koeprueluegil's assist allowed Terell Williamson to find the back of the net. 

With the score tied 1-1 in the 78^th minute of play, Dante De Luca scored for Barton using Pajunk's corner kick to secure the 2-1 victory for the Bulldogs. 

Barton had 17 shots in the contest in comparison to nine by Chowan.  Marco Lujan made seven saves in goal for the Blue and White while Jens Madsen Hordvik made three saves for the Bulldogs. 

The Hawks take on Bob Jones University on October 27^th before returning home to host Ohio Valley University on October 29^th.
