Box Score GREENSBORO - For the second day in a row the Chowan University men's soccer team was held scoreless at the Guilford College Classic. After losing 5-0 yesterday to Guilford College, the Hawks dropped a 7-0 decision to Averett University this afternoon. Chowan was held to one shot in the match while Averett got off 28 shots in the match. 

Brandon Chambers recorded the Hawks lone shot in the match. Scott Cullen collected 10 saves in goal for Chowan. 

The Hawks (0-2) will host Mount Olive College on Wednesday, September 8th in their next outing. Match time is set for 4:00pm.
