PEMBROKE, NC - The baseball team dropped a 9-3 decision to UNC-Pembroke this evening, moving them to 20-12 on the season. The Hawks tallied 12 hits in the game but left 11 runners stranded the loss.

Austin Eubanks pitched the loss, his second of the season. Eubanks pitched 5.1 innings, striking out three batters and walking four. John Atkins and Spencer Fagan saw time in relief of Eubanks.

Four Hawks tallied multiple hit games with Jordan Whitlatch, Matt Crane, John Kellett, and Zac Caito all getting two hits each in the loss.

The Hawks will round out the two-game series tomorrow with a 3:00pm single, nine inning outing.
