MARS HILL, NC - Mars Hill College out shot the Hawks 40 to three on their way to a 7-0 win over the visiting Hawks this afternoon. After leading by two goals at the half, Mars Hill went on to score five unanswered goals in the second period to take the shut out win.

The Hawks fall to 0-5 on the year after today's loss. Josh Cenci played 82 minutes in goal allowing six goals and getting 12 stops while Ronnie Thompson finished the game out allowing one goal and getting one save.

The Hawks will travel to Pfeiffer University on Wednesday in their next match up before returning home on the 17th to host Catawba College at 4:00pm.
