Box Scores vs. St. Augustine's

RALEIGH - The volleyball team kept their unbeaten record in tact after winning at Saint Augustine's College in a dramatic five set match this evening. The Hawks run their record to 5-0 on the year while the Falcons fall to 0-4.

Antoinette McCollough paced Chowan with 15 kills in the win while teammate Desaray Turner had nine kills, 11 digs, and 18 assists. Adrian Cook had 16 digs in the win.

Chowan won the first set 25-11 but dropped the next two consecutive sets with scores of 25-21and 25-23. They battled to tie the match with a fourth set 25-19 win and went on to win 15-10 in the deciding set.

Chowan will continue their road games this weekend with a trip to West Virginia and the University of Charleston Invitational.
