STRUTHERS, OH - The baseball team dropped their second round game to #2 Mount Vernon Nazarene with a final score of 6-3. The Hawks struggled at the plate as one player tallied multiple hits.

Brian Hill started the game on the mound and threw 5 1/3 innings for the loss. John Morris finished the game in relief of Hill. Joey Ryder was the only Hawk to tally multiple hits as he finished the game 2-4.

Chowan will play #7 Geneva College tonight at 7:00pm in their next game.
