TACOMA PARK, MD - The women's basketball team picked up their 7th win of the season after beating Columbia Union 69-62 this evening. Three Hawks scored in double figures while the team shot 43% from the floor in the win.

Najah Harris scored a team-high 17 points while also grabbing four rebounds and dishing out two assists. Brittany Nicholson added 13 points, six rebounds, and three assists in the win while AJ O'Bannion had 10 points.

The Hawks are on a two-game road trip in the greater Washington, D.C. area. After tonight's game with Columbia Union they will travel over to the University of the District of Columbia for a 2:00pm game on Saturday.
