MURFREESBORO - Five Hawks' scored in double figures as they blew by Allen Universtiy tonight with a final score of 81-49. The Hawks connected on 51% (27-53) of their shots taken in the game while holding Allen to 34% from the floor.

Chowan said goodbye to two seniors playing in their final home games in the blue in white in Keyon Sellers (Effingham, SC) and Ashley Banks (Richmond, VA). Both players posted double digits with Sellers getting 14 points and Banks getting 12 points. Banks also dished out four assists and had two steals.

Chowan was paced by freshman Jashonda Crawford who had a game-high 17 points to go with five rebounds. AJ O'Banion chipped in 12 points while Demicka McMahan came off the bench to score 10 points.

Chowan played their final home game tonight and will wrap up the season at the UDC-Independent Classic next week. Chowan improves to 9-18 overall after tonight's win.
