Box Scores vs. Methodist

MURFREESBORO - The men's soccer team slipped to 0-14 on the season after a 6-0 loss to Methodist University this afternoon. The Monarchs had 19 total shots, 14 of which were on goal, and held the Hawks to six shots in the match.

Methodist took a 2-0 lead into halftime after first half goals by James Gunderson and Sean Gregory. They added four more scores over the next 45 minutes to solidfy their seventh win of the season.

Ronnie Thompson picked up his second loss in goal after allowing all six goals and getting eight saves. Ali Abdi got off three shots to lead the Hawks.

The Hawks will take off until Saturday when they host Limestone College at 3:00pm.
