Box Scores vs. Mars Hill

MARS HILL - The men's basketball team fell to 8-12 on the year after falling at Mars Hill College with a final score of  87-76. Mars Hill turned 17 Hawks' turnovers into 26 points to help them in their 7th win of the season.

Mars Hill took a 38-34 lead into halftime and got up by as many as 12 points in the second half before taking the 87-76 win.

The Hawks shot 50% from the floor and 60% from three point land with Aaron Scott coming off the bench to net 20 points. Charles Rhodes chipped in 12 points on a 4-7 performance beyond the arch while Chris Kenon had 11 points in the loss.

Chowan will host Allen University on Saturday at 2:00pm in their next match up.
