Box Score vs. St. Augustine

MURFREESBORO- The Hawks opened the first Janet Collins Invitational with a win this afternoon.  The Helm's center was buzzing as the Hawks cruised to three staright wins to defeat St. Augustine 3-0.  The games were not very close as Chowan won, 30-19, 30-18, and 30-21.

The Hawks were paced by Antoinette McCollough and Kristen Stroud who both recorded 12 kills.  Adrian Cook also totaled 8 kills while Jazmin Orozco had 7 kills. Stacey Davis had another stellar game serving up 35 assists.  Nicole Shoup also led the Hawks with 11 digs.

The Hawks continue their first day play this evening at 6:30 PM.  The Hawks face the # 4 seed Ohio Valley University.
