Box Scores vs. Bluefield College

MURFREESBORO-  The Hawks drop their second game in as many days, today, to Bluefield College 5-3.

The scoring started in the 11th minute in the first half when Bluefield's Josh Moore put in the first goal off of his teammates Amanuel Bekele's rebound.  Blufield continue the scoring when Eric Possani scored in both the 23rd and 35th minute to end the first half.

Then, in the second half Chowan mounted a comeback when Isidro Lopez found the net for the Hawks in the 45th minute.  Then Chowan tied the game when Chinedu Iwuora scored twice in the 51st and 61st minutes.

That is where the comeback stoppped however.  Josh Moore put in another goal for Bluefield and then then Eric Possani found the net for the third time to put the game away and give the Hawks their 13th loss of the season.

The Hawks start a two game road trip on the 10th when they travel to Wingate and then to St. Andrews on October 13th.  The Hawks return home on October 17th to host Greensboro.
