ELIZABETH CITY--  The Hawks picked up their 24th win of the season Monday night beating Elizabeth City State University 3-1.  All of the matches were very close as the Hawks won 30-22, 33-31, and 30-27.  The only game the Hawks lost was the second game which they were defeated 30-24.

Stacey Davis paced the Hawks once again with 42 assists.  Kristen Stroud and Antoinette McCollough each chipped in with 15 kills.  Katlyn Smith had 6 kills and Christy Rodriguez helped the Hawks with 18 digs.

With the win the Hawks move to 24-10 on the season.  Chowan wraps up their regular season on October 31st when they host Barton College.
