MURFREESBORO - The 2001-2002 athletic season at Chowan College gets underway this weekend as three out of the five fall sports have scheduled games. Men's soccer plays host to Dixie Conference member Methodist College on Saturday at 3:00pm. The women's soccer team hits the road this weekend as they travel to Boston, Massachusetts to play Gordon and Simmons Colleges. Volleyball travels to the Emory, Virginia to play in the Emory & Henry College Classic. Golf and Football are idle this week.
