MURFREESBORO - Chowan's tennis programs picked up an afternoon split against Saint Augustine's College today. The women won their second match in a row after beating the Lady Falcons 9-0 while the men remain winless after dropping a 6-3 decision on the men's side. The women's team improves their overall record to 6-7 and 5-3 in CIAA play. The men sit at 0-6 overall and 0-3 in the CIAA after today's match. 

Chowan's Bjorn Blythe picked up a singles match win after defeating SAC's Levi Thompson 6-3, 6-1 in the #2 singles match. Chowan won the #6 singles and #3 doubles matches via forfeit. 

The women's team swept their singles and doubles play for the 9-0 win.
