FORT LEE, VA - Chowan's golf team finished up 30 strokes off the lead and in fourth place at the CIAA East Division Round Up hosted by Virginia State University at the Cardinal Golf Course in Fort Lee this afternoon. Virginia State completed today's first round with a 307 for first place while Fayetteville State University came in behind at 319. Today's individual low round came from VSU's Greg Hunt who shot a 75. 

The Hawks were led today by Cliff Forbes and Corey Garvey who both shot 78. Calvin Wyrick turned in an #88 and John Riddick# shot a 93.  Dillon Lowe shot a collegiate low 78 but played as an individual. 

The round up will conclude tomorrow with round two. Tee times are scheduled for 10:00am at the Cardinal Golf Course.
