CHARLOTTE, NC - With the men's and women's basketball programs participating in the 2010 CIAA Tournament for the first time they have drawn the attention of various local, regional, and national media outlets. The women lost a close game to Shaw in their opening round game and the men's team beat defending champs, Johnson C. Smith, last night to advance to the semi-final round tonight. With thousands of fans, media, and vendors, this is by far the biggest venue that these two teams have played in four-year school history.
