HAMPTON, VA – Coming off his four touchdown performance against Livingstone College, Chowan University quarterback Cameron Stover has been named CIAA Offensive Back of the Week. This award encompasses both running backs and quarterbacks.

Stover completed 19 of 30 pass attempts for 237 yards and those four scores in the 2011 season opener, a convincing 43-7 victory over the Blue Bears. He was 13-20 in passing accuracy in the first half, and also rushed for 40 yards on 12 attempts. 

 

Chowan returns to action this Saturday, September 10^th, when they travel to Pembroke, NC to face the Braves of UNC-Pembroke. Kickoff is slated for 6:00PM.
