Team Sports Mission Statement
The Department of Athletics shall develop and maintain a NCAA Division II intercollegiate athletics program that provides student-athletes with opportunities to enrich their collegiate experience through participation on athletic teams. The Department shall be an integral part of the total educational experience at Chowan University and shall provide an environment that promotes the highest principles of integrity, fairness and competitiveness in a manner consistent with and in support of the mission of The University.
